The Silicon Valley Real Estate Report is an interactive site which uses data from sold properties in Los Gatos, Saratoga, San Jose and all of Silicon Valley to provide information on real estate market statistics and trends. The report is updated monthly, usually between the 5th and 10th of each month. Data goes back to 2000. This information is also viewable as quarterly and yearly reports, as well as monthly.
